FirmaChain unveils ‘blockchain based electronic contract solution’

Before the end of the year 2020, we have news to share about some progressive news.

The first soft launch of ‘DUITE 2.0’, a blockchain based electronic contract solution using FirmaChain’s main net ‘Augustus 1.0’.
The official brand name of our 2.0 is DONUE.

FirmaChain’s E-contract solution, DUITE 2.0, has been in development along with the mainnet and has finally launched.

DUITE is an one stop E-contract platform that provides revolutionary convenience and security in comparison to current contract systems where contracts, signatures, and management are provided separately. Based on the blockchain technology of FirmaChain, DUITE 2.0 has boosted its data security through the Decentralized Identifier (DID).

The contract is validated against unique identification value(hash value) storage and falsification through Augustus 1.0, the main net of FirmaChain. Data is stored and managed through central storage, Amazon Web Service (AWS) and so on.

Decentralized Identifier technology is implemented via the MYKEEPiN.
In November 2020, FirmaChain announced the joining of the MYKEEPiN ALLIANCE, one of the nation’s fourth largest DID associations.

In addition to matters based on blockchain, various convenience functions are provided for the convenience of contracting parties and efficiency of practitioners.

Electronic contracts in DUITE 2.0 have the same legal effect as paper contracts and can be adopted as evidence in the event of litigation or legal conflict.

In addition, we continue to validate legal effectiveness through our FirmaChain partner, LIWU Law Group.
